Concerns & Grievance Procedure

At LOEV Jewelry, we are committed to acting responsibly, transparently, and respectfully with our customers, team members, suppliers, partners, and community.

If you have a concern related to LOEV’s social, environmental, ethical, or governance practices, you can contact us confidentially at info@loevjewelry.com. Please include “Grievance” or “Concern” in the subject line so we can identify and review your message appropriately. You can also use the Contact Form below if you prefer.

We aim to acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe and review each concern fairly, confidentially, and as promptly as possible. Where appropriate, we will communicate updates during the review process and confirm the outcome or resolution. If an issue is not accepted as a grievance, we will explain the reason where possible.

LOEV does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Responsibility for reviewing and following up on grievances sits with LOEV’s management team.
