We offer complimentary shipping in the EU and Switzerland. All products are made to order and we will be in touch with you via e-mail with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have processed your order.

Please expect a minimum of three weeks for your order to be delivered. If your item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

If you change your mind, we offer a 14 day return window from the date of delivery.

The jewelry must not have been worn and must be in its original case with the invoice and  certificate of authenticity.

Personalised items cannot be exchanged. Please be aware all items with custom engravings cannot be returned.
